I hereby agree that the fulfilment of the contract will start immediately and therefore accept the immediate expiry of the otherwise existing withdrawal period (cancellation period).

I confirm that I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal (right of cancellation) in the event of premature commencement (before expiry of the otherwise existing cancellation period) with the fulfilment of the contract - after provision of a copy or confirmation of the concluded contract on a durable medium including the above declaration of consent and this confirmation of knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal together with the statutory information (§ 4 para. 1 FAGG), unless these have already been provided on a durable medium.
